HBO Treats New York Comic Con Fans With New Poster
This past Sunday, two beautiful new Westworld Posters were released by HBO. This poster artwork debuted at the New York Comic Con and was available to fans in attendance. Additionally, Westworld creators Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, along with cast members Jeffrey Wright, Thandie Newton, Ben Barns and Jimmi Simpson were also at the show.
Also on Sunday, Westworld showrunners with the aforementioned cast members held a 35 minute live chat on Facebook with fans, which was moderated by Atlantic’s Christopher Orr. If you missed it, the video is saved on Facebook, and you may view it anytime.
Those lucky enough to attend the comic con were offered a private screening Westworld’s episode 2, entitled Chestnut. Organizers also held an onstage panel discussion with fans and media, which was moderated by IGN’s Eric Goldman.
Interestingly, one poster has a black background with a cool blue outline of a Host. The next poster (see here) has a white background, and includes more of a sketch look of a Host’s face. What do you think of the new poster artwork? Please post your comments over in the forums. I’m sure all the Westworld fans would be interested in some lively discussion about this and other Westworld topics. I’ve added the poster artwork to the New York Comic Con gallery along with some additional photos.
